We manage rented buildings, condominium associations and individual apartments, and we design, build and refurbish homes across northern Germany. The company is based in Oststeinbek, near Hamburg.
Owners get one responsible contact, a file that can be read, and accounts that explain themselves. Larger works are priced before they start. New construction and deep refurbishment are part of the same firm, not a referral.
